This is a small(ish) point, but it drives me crazy that TV writers do not understand higher education or any jobs outside of entertainment. Obviously, no one goes to "grad school" to be a psychiatrist. They go to medical school, they take medical school courses and serve as residents -- no time for a side gig as a dominatrix. Tiff is clearly in grad school to be a clinical therapist, not a psychiatrist. Seriously, are tv writers not allowed to use wikipedia? I'll leave it to others with more expertise to point out how they got BDSM work wrong, as well.
