30June2021 About the New York City primary election I find the PBS NewsHour REPORTING this evening to be APPALLINGLY BAD. The reporting focuses on rank choice voting when the error in the New York system was the inclusion of test ballots. Don't blame this on rank choice voting. Then one of the commentators says that rank choice voting is intended to give women and racial minorities a better chance of getting elected. Rank choice voting is neutral as to race and gender. The sensationalist bias displayed by the NewHour this evening is deeply disappointing. I am in shock the PBS could get it so wrong!!! George Einar Bussey, Ashland, Wisconsin
