The Rise of Skywalker was honestly very dissatisfying. As a young Star Wars fan I believe that Disney has done a full 360 with the Star Wars Franchise. Rise of Skywalker was almost a complete remake of episode 6 of the original trilogy. For example Rey getting all of these abilities that took other Jedi years to master which was not specified as much as it was in episode 6 with Luke. Rey finding her relative who happened to be Palpatine. And then in the process killing him. Kylo turning to the light side just as Vader did turning on his superior palpatine then dying in Reys arms at the end as Vader did with Luke. And there are plenty more examples. But overall very disappointing and very un organized by Disney imagineers.
