What a pile of trash. Whoever designed the battle mechanics for this game should be fired. It's tedious, messy, and it completely negates anything I found pleasant. There's no leveling up, FP or anything to remind you this is Paper Mario. My girlfriend and I found ourselves avoiding battles. There's no incentive to engage enemies. Not to mention, you cannot play for more than a minute before the game stops you for more dialogue; dialogue, dialogue, dialogue! Needless to say, we played through to the end of the red streamers chapter before we shut this game off, never to be opened again. I've played games that I've disliked, but this game.... -and this is the genuine, honest truth here; I've never been so disgusted by a game, nor have I ever regretted purchasing a 60 dollar game, as much as this one. I'm so saddened that we cannot receive a refund at this point.
