I believe the parents are just as guilty as R Kelly and should be held accountable for exploiting their own kids. You don't allow your daughter's to go away with someone that's been proven (Aaliyah) to have a thing for underage girls. This with him has been going on since the 90's so why was it still able to happen? Poor girls, no one seemed to have had their best interest not even their own parents.
