A six hour walking simulator with poorly written dialogue and an annoyingly confusing pathway system. The haunted soldier's/police officer's past trope is tired out... there were a few kinda creepy moments but the game really ended up overstaying it's welcome. The monsters are made of sticks, the evil totems are made of sticks. The main character Ellis complains incessantly and towards the last few chapters I just found myself wishing it would end, as the few effective elements of horror wear off as they are beaten over your head relentlessly. Not to mention the good ending is pretty much impossible to get on your first playthrough because well, the if you do as the game prompts you to, you will literally ruin your chance to achieve the good ending within the first 30 minutes.
