It's Battlebots, man. 'Nuff said.

After all this time - 45 years - I finally watched this movie. I've never seen hours fly past so quickly. Absolutely riveted by, not only the performance by Jack Nicholson, but also the entire cast, and especially Louise Fletcher as the chilling and manipulative Nurse Ratched. The reduction at the end of the fragile Billy (played by Brad Dourif) by her was bad enough but seeing what happened after made me homicidal towards her as well. Stunning drama with some fabulous comic interludes. The ending was both gut wrenching and soaring.

My first Tarantino movie ever and what a fabulous introduction to his art this delightful period piece is. A balanced mixture of comedy and drama, with Leonardo DiCaprio and Brad Pitt having an apparent ball doing their particular thing, the movie is at times both menacing and high camp. It's a 5 from me.

Another terrible rendition of Ned Kelly and his gang. So contrived. Dreadful romantic interludes for the members of the gang. Stopped watching less than an hour in when Orlando Bloom raced off the woman upstairs in the middle of a bank heist. FFS.
