Ewan McGregor is good, but the rest of the cast seem like bad, B movie/Scifi actors. And the story lines so far are terrible. Obi Wan and Darth Vader fight to the death on a freaking volcano planet, yet all of a sudden Darth Vader is stopped by a small brush fire. You can see shiney hex bolts in a close up set piece and they have a plastic shipping pallet laying against a wall on an alleyway scene. And the new villain, Reva, is a terrible actor, just terrible. Ewan McGregor is better than this, and he and his character are being totally wasted. So disappointed! The previews looked a lot better and with The Mandolorian, I had hoped for better. God forbid, Disney might actually make the new "Star Wars" look somewhat better. Oh, and you can forget about storyline consistency from the originals. There are only 6 Star Wars movies. Anything post-George Lucas is a part of Disney's Multiverse of Trashness. I don't even care what happens with the rest of the series. Honestly, how do you get someone to NOT care about Darth Vader!?

I thought the last movie I saw was the worst movie ever. Well, a week later, and it's already topped. Story is all over the place, pacing is slow, wife fell asleep twice, too many unnecessary characters. Hard to figure out if there even is a main character and wasn't invested in any of them along with any of the relationships. It was like going to the movie to watch a really bad dollar store DVD with recognizable actors. They must have been paid a lot of money to do this garbage. And there is NO way any of these positive reviews are real. Either paid reviews or serious comedic trolls. It was so bad it makes dry-heaving fun.
