This show is heartwarming and addictive. I could not stop binge watching! It is also rare to find a six season show that doesn’t break somewhere on the journey. Let’s agree though that Sarah and Kristina Braverman are the most annoying characters. Joy Bryant’s acting did not do Jasmine justice in the first seasons. Kristina & Adam were selfishly inconsiderate of Max’s colleagues in the mainstream school. You can’t place a special needs kid in there and blame the education system for his misfit. They never held him accountable for anything he did, the entire world was blamed every time but never him. Watching his parents talk to him at times was like watching the building process of an autistic narcissist. I love that they raised the issue of developing special needs academies though. Every other character was stunning and I think I have many favorites. I highly recommend this watch for whoever cherishes well ‘family’. I cried so much!

I don’t mind watching Gilmore Girls on repeat. I just love it! I think it’s timelessly hilarious and brilliant. This sequel though was definitely not needed.

Absolutely love this! Binge watched all episodes. The show addresses “passive-aggressive” behavior in socioeconomically polar opposites, who wind up with identical outcomes in brilliant and dramatic entertaining ways. It’ll make you laugh and think.

Why cast partners of exes together? Karan Johar digs it.. this is his cheap money engine.

It's an entertaining show that touches the contemporary stressors of an evolving high socioeconomic class family in Egypt. Conflicts are communicated in a light way, and resolutions were also made easy. The show, like other few newly released shows, is depicting the diffusion of the Western culture into the Arabic culture, which is a true portrayal of our current everyday life.

The acting is just SICK GOOD!!!!!!!

The show had a very magnetic kick off but soon later it just went astray. The casting wasn’t harmonious.. the blending of some Syrian actors with Lebanese actors did not complement. The entire series wants to be something it is not. It lacks the authenticity of Arabic cinema and it adopts the Turkish vibe but with very poor execution. Poor casting, exaggerated plots... I couldn’t continue watching it.

I do not understand how many good actors agreed to work in this horrible series.
