I love what Disney+ is doing, they pulled me back in with Hamilton and now Beyonce. I can't say it left me with the same excitement as Hamilton, but this was pretty dang good. From the costuming, visuals, music, this is a hit I hope most are able to see. Whether you are a Beyonce fan or not, it is definitely worth the watch.

I thought this was very good, but it was missing something that only the original was able to give. Even after seeing the movie, I still don't think Beyonce was the best choice for Nala. I think I can agree with what many have said, this movie is lacking the emotional connection which caused some scenes to fall flat. The visuals are stunning and I loved the Beauty and the Beast reference, I'm happy the audience got it as well. Timon and Pumbaa, I think they were spot on. There are many laughs to be had.
