I'm giving it a 4 for the very good jump scares, and for giving us the back story in a quick wrap up. However, I debated whether to give it 3 or 4 for the actual plot, which I found to be very slow moving. Because it's "part 2" I have to assume there is at least a part 3 coming, and so this is the middle of a longer story, and sometimes the middle isn't as great as the beginning and then end since it is setting us up for the finale, so for that reason I decided to go with 4 stars. But just know, it is not an action-packed sequel. Things are drawn out and slow paced.
