Barbie could have been so much better but it was not…The movie set design and costumes were amazing, Margot Robbie as Barbie was casted perfectly, the marketing for the film was brilliant ! But the storyline was not executed well a lot of gaps that audience had to fill in. Their was clearly an agenda behind the film especially with themes like modern day feminism and demolishing patriarchy and uplifting the matriarchy whilst downgraded the men in the film (the Ken’s). Some sexual jokes here and there, discussions about death and depression. I would not recommend taking your children to see the film it looks like it is clearly addressed to young /older adult women who grew up playing with Barbie.

It was everything you want in an action film ! The cast was incredible, Tom Cruise is just an incredible action hero in any film he does including this one. This is a movie you can bring the whole family to watch and I guarantee you that they’ll love it. Visually appealing and the soundtrack was spot on ! An all time favourite in my opinion.

It’s such an interesting dynamic of characters that are perfectly crafted by the actors/actresses, such a beautiful feel good show. Jason Suideikis is a mastermind of genius! Loved it !
