Love the show except the common over usage of of single use plastic .Often they use cellophane to cover things and put in fridge and then throw away. How about using wax paper or a plate instead for covers? Today they had a show on "icing Piping Kits" and said the ones w plastic throw away bags were the best because you could throw them away, no fuss, no cleaning. Please...our planet is being so depreciated by plastic,,animals, fish and humans are eating plastic. Be a beacon of good eating and conscious consumption please. Thank you. You have impact.
