That emotional Dig at the end of t2 is present in dark fate. That’s worth it to feel so much for the characters in a movie. Haven’t felt that way in a long time.
James Cameron formula was implemented a bit rushed by the director Tim Miller .But truthfully the bar in Hollywood has been set so low with movies these days..even a C movie using the Cameron formula is an A movie solely for the connection the movie brought that lets people know they are alive. Thanks Cameron n Schwarzenegger n Hamilton
