Yeah... No. When I heard they were making a movie for one of my favorite books, I was excited. When I saw the trailer, I thought, hmm, maybe they can pull this out of the fire. But no. It was just like the Percy Jackson movies. Nothing like the books. They took the names and threw everything else away. I'm not saying that all of it was bad though. I liked most of the actors, and it wasn't a BAD movie, but I expected it to be like the books. I apologise for everyone involved. I will say that the special effects were great. Also, did anyone else notice that the scene with the fairy in the white that was in the trailer, was not in the movie? Sorry if this is rude, but I'm sick of terrible adaptations.
