I can’t say I have read the books, but I loved this movie. I love that they didn’t try to make up sympathize with Snow like most villain origin stories would (looking at you, Disney). I have got to say, this was my favorite film in the series.

We had to read this book in school and I absolutely HATED it. The chapters about sexual assault just got a bit too descriptive for an 8th grade classroom and the book often describes characters doing illegal things such as marrying before 8th grade. Overall, this book is absolutely terrible in my opinion, but that is just me. There are probably people that will enjoy this book and have a blast with it, I am just not one of those people.
