Story wasnt horrible but all the scenes of them driving look like cut film from the first movie with added clips of the new actors/actresses. They literally show the main character(s) for a split second and then cut to the pit crew or some deleted footage from the first film for a few seconds and then another split second shot of the main character(s) and then back to the support cast for a few seconds. It made the races feel choppy and probably why it feels and looks like they used deleted scenes from the first movie for the majority of the race scenes.
