Phenomenal this book for me was a prerequisite to everything. I now understand better the way successful people think but what's truly amazing, is where this guy came from how broken he was in pieces, stepped on by others ,his family, and most himself to what he is now what many consider the toughest man on the planet. I learned a lot by reading and listening to this book a couple times. Its like I needed to see someone just as broken as me or even more to show me there's a way. He showed me that there isn't a single person on this earth without greatness inside of them. You just got to muster up courage and will power. He explains how to do it. This guy is light the truth raaw and real because life ain't sunshine and rainbows the legendary David Goggins
