I have renovated and flipped homes for the last 30 years and those shows are all the same. You don't see any one of those girls do any work unless items are being given to them by shops there is no way they can redo what they do for the price that they're advertising. And when they claim that they have a benefit for the seller where are the closing costs? They may not have a real estate commission but they sure have attorneys fee and transfer fees. So they're claiming false advertisement when they're telling people they will get half of the profit.

very boring movie. poor acting no set to speak of.
