Danette “Miss Mac” Mc Donald

I had to watch this film with lots of breaks in between because I was absolutely transfixed. I was tensing up, my palms were sweaty. And that's good, no, that's GREAT!!! It's been a while since I saw a film that had me on the edge of my seat like Trap. M. Night Shaymalan slam dunked it! But oh dear, with that ending, I want more!! Shall we petition for Trap 2?

What a missed opportunity. This is not a horror film, it barely even makes it to thriller, barely. It should actually go under mystery, because I am that mystified by how they could get it so wrong. I suspect in the name of artsy-fartsy-ness they created all the loose-ends and unanswered questions. What a pity. You did us dirty.

Keeps you wondering, but goes nowhere.

When you look past the superficial stuff like showering with a full face of makeup on and Ms. Thorn not being the best actress, this is actually a great movie. It also had a surprisingly soft side that gave me a bit of a lump in the old throat.
