Dr Phil is one of my favorite programs. A few weeks ago you promoted Happy Healthy products. I ordered my first bundle on March 6th and to date, March 18th I have NOT received my order or a response from the several messages and emails I have sent trying to find out where my package is. This organization is not customer focussed and it's unfortunate as the products look amazing. I have cancelled my membership with them and i have nothing good to say about them. I just wanted to share this experience with your show since you recommend them. Thank you for your wonderful programming.

I love The Dr's and rely on recommendations they have on items they show. Recently they previewed Happy Healthy products created by Jay McGraw. I ordered my first bundle on March 6th and to date, March 18th I have NOT received my order nor a call back from the several messages and emails I have sent requesting assistance. I just wanted to share this so you were aware this organization is not customer focused. Thank you for your great programming!
