Being a hindi speaker, I still loved this movie...Vikram's presence on screen is as usual so natural and spectacular. He is a benchmark by himself.Even Aishwarya did real justice to her role. Kudos to their hardwork.Cinematography and music is also praiseworthy. It seems to be an adaptation of the Ramayana but to me it's not! SP Dev cannot be presented as modern day Rama whilst Veera (as it's said in the opening song) is a mix of Rama and Raavanan, though nicknamed Raavanan. It's an underrated movie but a great watch owing to the splendid performances, direction and cinematography .

The performances of Hrithik and Yami, the painful, realistic presentation of crimes on women and the plight of people crushed by corrupt powerholders are a reason why I really liked the movie. Even though the second half gets quite unrealistic, it's still entertaining.
