Having seen and read other materials by Michael Pollan, I knew what to expect from him.
I was not disappointed.
Very well written, informative and thrilling to watch. Every frame beautifully shot, and well edited together to shed light on the most basic elements of our food.
I have watched this 3 times over the last two years, and I recommend this for anyone.
