Love the show and watch it most days. I was just listening to the lady giving us recipes for the go to foods when we are sick or just feeling under the weather. I am of Indian origin (India) and just wanted to add to that recipe. The moong dhall is a small, quite tiny and yellow in color. For that recipe you can also use red lentils, both cook very fast. Boil this dhall in a little water, add cummin seeds, one/two tomatoes (optional), a pinch ofturmeric powder and a pinch of asofetida powder. This particular ingredient cuts the gas, bloated feeling when you consume pulses. In fact this powder can be sprinkled on cabbage, cauliflower, broccilli. It comes in a small white bottle called LG and available at any Indian/Pakistani grocery stores. So when this is boiled down, add more water, salt or chicken/veggie stock powder, a tbsp of ghee or butter and its good to go. You can have this with rice or naans,bread. ENJOY.
