If you're a die hard matrix fan you'll love this movie. There's nothing new or groundbreaking but it's a really good reboot that honours the style and pace of the originals. There's lots of flashbacks, cameos and references to the original trilogy too which gives the whole thing a great sense of nostalgia. The explanation of how the resurrection occured was a little shallow, it's kind of explained as part of a bad guy monologue, however this is forgiveable. There's great action, great humour and best of all it leaves the door open for more adventures in the matrix for die hard fans like myself. I do hope they produce more and that people can look past the negative reviews. For me though, great movie 5 stars!
