Ed Nigma

I'm completely gobsmacked that anyone would rate this more than 1 or 2 stars. I wasn't expecting a miracle, just a fun silly movie. But... How Idris Elba could hate being Heimdal yet sign up for THIS role is beyond me... The movie felt forced from the first scene to the cringeworthy last. The explicit horror-level violence was pointless in most scenes to the point that funny scenes were diminished instead of elevated. There wasn't *zero* character development but what did occur was very, very close and what semi-arcs were dished up were telegraphed as if the audience were in kindergarten. If this was a C grade movie, it could be forgiven but this was a big budget sequel. I can't believe this has come from the same director as Guardians of the Galaxy. So disappointed :(
