This isn’t an action film. It’s a film about repercussions of what a divided nation could do to this country. What war does, what it costs and what is it like to be a journalist in Warzone. Every empire in the history of mankind has fallen. For different reasons. It doesn’t really matter what the reason in the film is, what matters is the aftermath and the consequences of such a fall, if it were to happen here.

Such a dumb movie. I feel like every single movie that they make today is just lazy screenwriting and acting. It’s just cut copy and paste of some thing that’s already been done 1 million times 🙄 The entire family is constantly making the most ridiculous decisions, which is just lazy writing in my opinion. Also, the son and the mother are just annoying to me. Especially the kid. If I had a kid with type one diabetes, And there was a catastrophic event happening. That insulin would literally be strapped to my chest. I would be checking for it every five minutes. Also, you’re telling me that they have a private Homeland security presidential announce for these very specific people, that obviously had been secretly screened in advance, but they don’t have their medical records 🙄🙄🙄🙄 Ermmm ok… “You should’ve been flagged ahead of time, sorry ma’am”… That’s just lazy script writing. Because they couldn’t come up with anything clever. The fact that this has so many good reviews just shows me, your average viewer is also becoming absolutely slovenly 🤦🏼‍♀️ It’s like half of the events don’t even make any kind of logical sense. Other than the fact that the writers couldn’t be bothered to put more effort into writing the script than I am into writing this stupid review 😂

(See the quote below before you judge) 👀 All the ONE STARS ⭐️ are telling me we are basically on a path of self-destruction. And we have been for quite some time. If you’re really missing the subliminal messages within this movie, then you’re already there. So maybe change the channel and watch some my numbing real tv, or check out what Kim Kardashian’s doing I don’t know… hey maybe “Friends” is you jam try that out 🤷‍♀️ But for the other people who do still possess a modicum of critical thinking skills, can see the bigger picture and the obvious subtext, I t’s an excellent movie. It narrative about what’s currently going on in this country (world), and how WE are our own greatest enemies. And inevitably we will be the ones that destroy ourselves. Just like Rome, our own self indulgence and complacency could very well (and easily) be our tipping point… And it doesn’t matter what side you think you’re on 🔵🔛🔴 If we fall, we fall together. I’ll leave you with a quote from Martin Luther King, from his last speech ‘I’ve been to the Mountain Top’ April 4, 1968 (one day later he was gone) : “Whenever Pharaoh wanted to prolong the period of slavery in Egypt, he had a favorite, favorite formula for doing it. What was that? He kept the salves fighting among themselves.”

Yeah, the camera is shaky, very shaky NEAR... THE... END... This is not for people who can't handle a lot of movement from the camera. If you don't like roller coasters, probably not for you. If you like the found footage genre, then you will love this. Still one of my favorite horror movies of all time. AND YES it's a remake of another film REC. Which I also liked, but I personally perfer this one. Also REC, is a Spanish film. They budget on REC was definately "lower budget". It starts out with a nice beat (not too slow, just enough back story, but not overboard) and evenly progresses towards a zombie filled, adrenaine driven, terror fest. If you put this up on a big screen, turn the lights out and have an immersive experience, it can feel like it's own attraction. I always feel like I am on a ride of sorts. As it continues the camera does get very shaky, but oh well. Personally, I think it adds to the building tension. It's NOT an existential indie film! Think more paranormal activity and NOT Midsommar (ehhh I don't want to be ponding the possiblities of man kind while watching a horror film). Kind of a cross between Paranormal Activity, Grave Encounters and Contagion. It's just a good all-around horror flick, for fun. If you want to get the pants scared off you, like I said, throw it on a big screen with big sound and enjoy :) If you want something more cerebral, this is not it.

I truly don’t understand the negative reviews at all. I am a major horror movie fan. And I personally loved the original paranormal activities. This one definitely feels like they’re going in a new fresh direction, I thought it was absolutely amazing! I really hope they do sequels. I don’t know, the things that people today find “scary“, like “Hereditary” (so hyped up, it was good but nothing special) 😂 just seem so dumb. It almost feels like people are just postulating, it needs to be like some weird indie movie for them to like it. But if you’re looking for a fresh spin on the paranormal activity universe, this is it! Seriously don’t listen to the bad reviews.

IIIIIIII don't know what to say about this movie? It doesn't seem to go anywhere for a LONG time, people are just getting jacked up left and right from these door things and nothing is explained. I pretty much can watch anything, like anything and find enjoyment, but this, this is just weird.Three stories directed and written by three different people. Its stops rolls credits midway through for no reason, then starts with a new story. Reaaaallly bad acting takes place here. There is literally no story line that you can coherently follow. Its just random with no real reasoning. Plus is gratuitously gross and gory. If you are going to deal with quantum release and physics and black holes you are gonna have to give it some explanations.
