I was so excited to watch it when I heard of its production. I never watched the original but I new the actor William levy which I see now was just to pull in people. His acting is so flat whenever he interacts with Laura. I can see him trying but he focuses too much on his Colombian accent which we obviously know he isn’t. The supporting cast were better the William. The story line was very slow paced that I stopped watching for a month and started again and realized I missed nothing. I liked the interaction between Salinas and gaviota . He was very sweet and way better at delivering his lines. There was a particular scene between him and Sebastian in which Salinas outshined Sebastian which is sad . The songs are so repetitive. It’s only three songs which I’m tired of. So many offensive lines delivered by Julia . Racism , homophobic, and discrimination. I just can’t believe this aired in 2021. I’m just happy this show is cutting short.
