Les Miserables is an amazingly good story for people who are able to get swept up into a story by reading. In fact, this is the novel that could make you fall in love with reading, because of how deeply a story can be told in print, and how deeply you can understand a story when all the details are so clear, so human, and so passionate. It is a masterpiece of literature. It it the story of a man who was from such a poor family that he had to steal bread so they could survive for one more day, and that this man was not a bad person. In fact, Jean Valjean is nearly a superhero. It's a story told over the course of many years, but not for the sake of length; Les Miserables only seeks to tell a deep story of human triumph. Written in the mid-1800s, it is surpisingly modern. If you ve ever considered falling in love with reading, this book will charm you, and make you glad to have the mind and heart to understand a human life.

One of the most important and useful books I know of because of the popularity of fake self-esteem. Having real esteem is actually easier than putting up a front of confidence because it's matter of accepting that I'm who I am, and the only struggles my life requires are the ones I really want because they're the things that are actually my own missions in my own life. Genuine self esteem is one of those things that once you have it, you'll wonder why you ever tried getting by without it. Oh, and Nathaniel Branden's life isn't the one your self esteem will require you to live. Branden has merely done a great job of writing about it, and his ideas can help you see how to make your own self-esteem, and your own life, etc.
