Nice movie. Basically, a writers point of view to her son from the dairy when her son reads it after his mother demise, A doctor who risked his life for saving a person, a mom who lost her son, a son who lost his mother, and medical negligence caused by some doctor, much more Moreover this movie is nice NO regret in watching. Loved it

Sadness is seldom more unrelenting than on ONE FINE SPRING DAY, a film with no plot and very little dialog. I was riveted by the intelligence and realism depicted on screen, knowing that the film plays differently depending on the viewers own experience. Masterfully done!
