This is by far the worst game I’ve ever had the opportunity to play. Nothing makes sense in the game. It’s as if the content creators basically put this game together in 2 months. Ex. In 2k24 the only way you can consistently make shots is for you to “green” but this is not the case here. You have low level players getting home runs on late/ early swing timing. They also have this bizarre algorithm that allows users to have this picture perfect run to hit ratio. Ex 5hits to 5runs, it seems that you don’t have to work the bases just swing at anything and the game will eventually reward poor plate discipline. This applies primarily to online head to head which is what most of us play if you’re competitive! To continue the game also gets to decide when you have errors (missed groundouts, miss timed throws, etc). To put it shortly not enough control is in the users hand but rather in the poor algorithm they have designed this game with. Essentially capitalism strikes again where we have game producers stealing our money and not fixing the poor gameplay issues they’ve had for the last decade. I’m honestly bewildered at the fact they’ve been producing this same game for the last 30+ years and yet they still can’t get it right. Hence “buy this game at your own risk” if you’re even slightly competitive this game will make your rage, be careful!
