A show which lacks any significant reference to the historical texts and beliefs. The storyline which is totally fictional and mind-crafted, is aimed to generate TRP and revenue by attracting the youth. This fandom, created by this serial, can only be attributed to its star cast and beautiful sets, graphics and animations. The show is disintegrating the historical beliefs and its authenticity is very much questionable. Irrespective of the cast and other factors, such shows should be boycotted, whose plot misguides the public.

A show very lovely and beautiful to watch. Superb casting and equally beautiful dialogues which convey the pious story of Lord Ram. The show teaches and preaches the message of Ramayana with utter simplicity. The show was a integral part of my childhood. I sat and waited for hours to watch the episodes. Even today, I watch the clips on YouTube and it certainly gives me goosebumps.
