This racist book in western propaganda to paint Hindus and their culture in really terrible light. Not one good thing about Indis is written and facts are ridiculously distorted to suit the western narrative of India being a terrible hell.

For a show in which half the scenes are based in the city of Mumbai, the lingo and slang is totally incorrect. The Hindi spoken by the lead actors (except Anupam Kher) is awful. For a Mumbai person like me, it was jarring. The stereotypical portrayal of India, Indians and Indianess really got my goat....made me feel as if I was watching a mocumentary where Russell Peters got to poke his stand up comedy one liners through the 4 episodes. People watching this series might end up getting a totally wrong idea about modern India and its people.
As a police procedural, it is sub par.
