This movie is ideological, apparently with the purpose of indoctrination of the viewers in: communism, racial equalitarianism (not equality), and trying to confuse the viewer in the natural behavior of human being under bad circumstances (imposing that the worst behaviors are those of the capitalists and coincidentally all of them are white people). On the other hand, it is the “normalized movie” of the hegemony, with two kind of characters: good and also wise (communists), and bad and also unwise (white capitalists). Good and wise characters, beginning with very good and very wise (communists): Black person, Transsexual person (this character is purified from any other white character because he is transsexual), Asian person (and her daughter, being the daughter “the chosen one”, the purest and the “best of humanity”), another black person, a person with Down syndrome, etc. Bad and unwise (capitalists) characters: every white person but the transsexual person. The main character (white person) was good but confused, and he was “converted” to the “right path” by some of the wise and good characters, specially the transsexual person and one of the black people. Finally, most of the actors are very exaggerated in their performances, particularly one of the black characters, and to me the baddest character is performed by the best actor. This is a movie with a lot of prejudices and ideologies where as white and capitalist a person is, as bad and unwise it is, and no matter what other race and gender condition a person has, if it is not white and communist the person is very good and very wise.
