I’m 55 pages into Obama’s new book a promised land!! Really enjoying so far. He writes very personally about his struggles to run for Congress and how that set back inspired him to run for the US senate. I’m gripped and looking forward to seeing where he takes his journey next!

I think Alien is the perfect blend of Horror and science fiction at its best. The acting is superb from all involved, especially Sigourney Weaver as Ripley, she carries the Film brilliantly. Ridley Scott’s direction is dripping with visual beauty. The cinematography has a gritty, down to earth feel. And the film makes the viewer grip the edge of their seat the entire way through.
How the Xenomorph is never fully shown is what makes the film so terrifying in my opinion.
Overall this a classic film and a brilliant blend of Horror and science fiction. The perfect Teen Horror!
