Woke trash, they clearly know nothing about policing, firearms ECT the amount of times they are being pursued by armed individuals and they shoot them in the leg or shoot a fire extinguisher to block line of sight or other very dumb things is insane. If real cops behaved like this in these situations they'd all die 100% this show is clearly written by those idiots you see come out of the woodwork when a police shooting occurs and they comment "why didn't they just shoot them in the arm." The irony is in one of the earlier seasons they have a director do a ride along and they talk about how it would be nice for Hollywood to get it right via this ride along. Well clearly these idiots should have done some ride alongs because this show is complete fantasy. Devoid of any realism and steeped in woke politics. Sadly they are not half bad at writing characters. The characters themselves are quite good though that could come down to the actors more than the writers I suppose.
