The simple fact that a girl as young as Marji is capable of coping with all this war in the way she does is incredible. The way she's so interested in this topic and all the politics of it. She seems very knowledgeable about this because, and from a young age, she seemed to be interested in God, and yet (like all children), she lost interest over the years, and then grew more into politics and global issues with her race, faith, nation, and people. She seems to be such a powerful and capable person to be able to understand and want to talk about all the things that are going on around her in the world. If you read this one, maybe you think, wait, is this really true? Will she actually do all these stuff at such a young age and be able to handle it like this? But then you know that this is valid, and that she really is as powerful as she says she is capable of. I felt so strongly in the plot, and it just reminded me of how many global problems really are going on.
