The game was very clearly rushed out the door in time for Christmas and at a time when the next gen consoles and graphics card (that are needed to run the game with any kind of decent look and framerate) are widely unavailable.
Very unstable. Wait a few months for all the major bugs to be found and play it on a next gen hardware device.
