A gripping story. Totally immersive - a morality tale and a stark warning to keep away from men of violence. Once you're in - you're in. An undercurrent of mysticism and belief runs through it. Faultless acting.

This is extraordinary television. Sometimes drama can bring home the horror and wickedness in a way that mere facts and documentaries cannot. The writing and acting are sublime - and while i could forsee some of the plot twists - by no means all of them. It becomes more engrossing as it goes along - and the end is brilliantly done. I'd say it should be recommended viewing for anyone who wants to understand the issues around shaming and punishing young women - while the men get off scott-free..

Glad it's over. It's done it's time. I'm glad I'm out. Great series - I hope all those actors go on to do other great work. Must have been some bonding in that team. What an experience. This season certainly brings home the reality of forced deportation.
