this mini series is a good example for children to see how blacks were treated and had everything taking away from them for being wrongly convicted for something. these men wasted their whole life as a miner ( six to thirteen years in prison) and with the lady knowing the whole time that they were innocent. the lady was so focused on the 5 miners that the man who really rapped the lady was still out doing stuff to other women. these 5 men were convicted for something they did not do and they all were forced or tricked to lie on each other to get them into trouble. The reporter and police station knew that they were holes in the story and didn't want to even publish it but the lady was trying to tell her this is my job you have to publish it but yet they continued the investigation with no evidence .the police station and the police men/ women hide the DNA of the real perpetrator sock that had his DNA on it but still they let the 5 miners (Raymond Santana, 14; Antron McCray, 15; Yusef Salaam, 15; Kevin Richardson, 14; Korey Wise, 16; Clarence Thomas, 14; and Steve Lopez, 15) were sit in prison. All these men deserve more than $4.1 million THIS STORY NEED TO BE TOLD FOR YEARS AND YEARS FOR PEOPLE CAN REALIZE HOW WAS THIS SOCIETY WAS BACK IN THE DAY AND STILL TIL THIS DAY AND HOW BLACKS WERE TREATED BECAUSE THEY LOOKED DIFFERENT OR BECAUSE THEY WERE A DIFFERENT COLO. white parents made there children grow up to hate Browns because '' You just don't wake up and hate someone, you are taught too''.
