Feels very last gen. I'm playing on PC and haven't experienced any issues with performance or stability but everything else is average at best. The graphics are good but no better than any other release from the last couple of years. Driving is really unrealistic and dull and there are only a few types of car. The NPCs keep saying the same phrases over and over. The police literally spawn out of thin air in front of you. The same 10 items are everywhere like they couldn't be bothered to design more than one type of suitcase or ammo box or magazine. The AI is so bad it's funny sometimes. I'm so disappointed. Deus Ex is still a better RPG. I don't think a patch will fix this.
