Absolutely terrible experience. I scheduled a move one month prior to the move date. Move date comes and to make a long story short, they NEVER CAME! They were supposed to come at 11am give or take and when 12 noon came, I called and was told the truck broke down. Then they were on the way and then the truck broke down again. This cycle of "we are on the way, wait our truck broke down" went on for the next 8 hours. They were not very responsive or good at keeping my updated on what was going on. I had to keep calling. Then they kept telling me that Penske is sending a truck. It was 8pm. SAM was more concerned with me having sympathy with the drivers and penske. This pissed me off. Thankfully I was able to think fast and order a truck with uHaul and hire movers. The uHaul lady stay after hours to get me taken care of. Long story short, if you want to move furniture after midnight, in the rain, hire these guys. Would give negative stars if I could. THey had no back up truck and seemed prof at first and when the time came to give me the service I paid for, very unprofessional and unprepared. DO NO HIRE ALL MY SONS!
