I have been playing this game for close to a year now, and I can truly say I do not recommend it at this moment. The main reason being the hero pools. It is ridiculous that they remove characters, I don’t understand how the devs don’t understand that in ranked you usually want to play your best hero, and if they are banned what are you supposed to do? I understand the thought behind it. They want to encourage people to play new hero's, but ranked it not where you do it. I personally don’t want a person on my team who isn't playing a character they are good at because their mains are banned. Not to mention the tiny amount of healers and tanks compared to dps. I main mercy and I am not very good at other healers but I love playing support, it is my favourite role and It isn't fair to stop people with one main hero from playing comp. The game is fun but with these hero pools it completely ruins comp for me and many others. So if you decide to get this game, make sure you don’t get attached to one character because they will probably get banned for a week leaving nothing for you too play.
