I thought it was hilarious. Yeah, it is ridiculous. It is in the vein of Zoolander. Totally outlandish. It does keep it real a little more though which, for better or worse, I thought was cute. Really it is just an opportunity for some funny ass people to really shine. I was cracking up in places. I would recommend it as a fun night out.
