As a Mission Impossible fan and after the outstanding Top Gun Maverick that stormed the B.O. last year and the almost equally marvelous MI Fallout, I had wild expectations after all the promotions and the near perfect Rotten Tomatoes score and glowing audience and critic review. After entering the theatre with excitement I came out terribly disappointed after nearly 3 hours(I had made my mind to walk out several times but the tickets were expensive so thought to bear out the pain of watching this trash show). The movie's plot is soo dumb that The Expendables seemed like a masterpiece of cinema. Ethan crashes on the train at the very instant a thug was about to kill Haley Atwell's character(what are the odds of such an incident?), the movie looked like a poor rip off of the Uncharted games and had 0 character development, 0 tension and horrible(yes it's horrible, we have watched Tom Cruise motorcycling off a cliff like a billion times so it was no excitement watching it again at the theatre) and Hollywood's usual portrayal that anything AI is evil and has Skynet like tendencies. There was no logic at all and even the movie contradicted itself many times like the AI or The Entity(not to be confused with the 1980s erotic horror thriller) can predict and work against the IMF team but why did Luthor and Benji even bothered using computing? The very thing AI is used to operate on? Why did Benji activated his car's self driving tool when it is an AI? What about the incredibly stupid coincidences happening every now and then? I don't remember the last time I was soo let down by a movie. Nah I will surely pass on the next installment to rewatch Casino Royale or The Bourne trilogy again for the 9999th time

Are there any perfect movies? Yes! There are few like The Godfather, The Dark Knight, Shawshank Redemption and Top Gun Maverick! Maverick perfectly blends old school and modern age well without any political or woke undertones. Acting is superb, cinematography is superb, action set pieces are breath taking, and the best movie of the decade so far and the top movies of the century.

A masterpiece! One of the best movies of the 2020s so far. Brilliant performance by Michael Fassbender, a tight, thrilling 1 hr 59 min ride.

A great spy thriller with strong characters, Rebecca Ferguson as Ilsa Faust shines. A refreshing entry to spy thriller movies in general.

A surprise performance by Tom Cruise as a villain, he nails it. An oscar worthy performance

Never understood why the movie is hated. Ben Affleck was absolutely incredible as Bruce Wayne/Batman and Henry Cavill nailed it as Superman. Every scene Batman was in was absolutely incredible and the batsuit, the batmobiles were awesome. We deserved a solo Batman movie with Ben Affleck's Batman instead of the sickly, emo kid Rob Pattinson.

One of the top 5 action movies ever made! One of the top 3 spy thriller movies ever made!! Th plot is gripping, thrilling and nail-biting the suspense and tension is just masterclass. The action set pieces are just perfect. Already watched 10 times and still it never feels bored or dragged. This is the best installment in the series so far(eagerly waiting for Dead Reckoning). This is much better than any of the James Bond films and is only rivalled by Jason Bourne trilogy(not counting the 2016 film and Legacy).

It deserves negative score. It's boring, unnecessary too dark and cringey at many times. Now Batman we know has a commanding presence not some teenager cosplaying. Batman looks like a teenager cosplaying and tagging along with his dad (Gordon) to crime scenes where he very awkwardly moves around annoying other cops. This batman looks like he needs to be in Hawaii or the Caribbean to sort out his depression and not a crime fighter that we know. He is the batman we don't deserve. And he is much much worse as Bruce Wayne he looks like a emo 13 year old who listens a lot to Nirvana and seems to be influenced by it. Rob Pattinson brought 0 charm, 0 charisma but brought 1000% cringe to his extremely one dimensional acting. As for Riddler he acts like a cheap copy of the legendary Heath Ledger's Joker but without the intensity and has a voice like Bane. The riddler is absolutely absent for most of the plot. It is touted as a more of a detective batman story but even a kid could tell which animal resembles rat with wings and penguins are a far cry from the resemblance. This carties on for more than 1/3 rd of the movie including one stupid car chase having no thrills with a muddy looking uninteresting batmobile. The batman is irrelevant to the plot as he doesn't catch the riddler, whose plan was to get caught after the whole "come out in the light mockery" thing. Batman doesn't stop the bombing of the sea walls and fights his co-cosplayers who could had been taken down by the police and Catwoman. There's a stupid bike ride with batman and catwoman at the end making us wonder why? Just why? If you are a Batman fan, you'll be terribly disappointed as batman here is afraid of heights even though he is in his 3rd year of crime fighting and there's a stupid glide making batman looking like a flying squirrel. Just re-watch The Dark Knight trilogy and the Ben Affleck ones and the Michael Keaton's 2 batman movies and yes, trust me I'm not drunk but Batman and Robin was way way better than this incredibly cringeworthy and dull outing.

Forget Rambo, here comes the true action hero Tyler Rake. Chris Hemsworth again showed that he is worthy. Thrilling and action packed movie with realistic set pieces where our hero gets hurt and shot and yet is highly determined and skilled.

12/10! This movie alone is better than the entire James Bond series! Realistic, gritty, amazing action set pieces, jaw dropping espionage scenes(the London Train station scene is simply amazing) great female characters
