If you like feel good with a happy ending movie, then you will love this one. The chemistry between the leading characters works well throughout the story. The child actors give remarkable realistic performances. Not only is Shannon Elizabeth beautiful as ever but she makes her singing debut. No she has not cut any recordings since this movie, but Shannon has a very nice voice. I wish Catch a Christmas Star would be produced on a single dvd.
