A beautifully written & totally intriguing story with such glorious technicolour characters! You can’t help but feel empathy with them. I fell in love with the brave, sweet, stoic Lily, and the wonderfully funny & confused Henry just made me laugh out loud. Simon Petherick has his rather smart finger completely on the pulse of London with this gem of a novel. Treat yourself!
