This was basically the biggest disappointment. This movie turns the lovable, adorable characters you know into two-dimensional plain pieces of cardboard. It desperately tries to link itself to HP because, well, Infamous Saga, while not even taking into consideration the characters' roles. Nagini was standing there in every scene she was in, looking like she was playing Statues. Newt had such good potential that seeing him turn into a weird man who argues with everybody and simps for Tina was the worst. (seriously, he was the worst simp I had ever seen.) Speaking of Tina, she changed a lot. Apparently your haircut can alter your personality because she turned into this scandalous attractive spy or whatever it was. The movie was so full of subplots that by the time they finish a scene related to one subplot, you would have had forgotten the others. Honestly, out of all the characters in this movie, Jacob is the one who hadn't changed and it was nice to see a remnant of the first installment, still there. Queenie joining Grindelwald didn't even come off as the "Big Plot Twist" it was just confusing because it wasn't true to her character. Lastly, the title of the movie isn't there. What are Grindelwald's crimes? It isn't even true to the title. It doesn't answer the question. I could go on and on about this but honestly, my advice is don't waste your time, and if you do want to waste your time, don't have your hopes up. One thing this movie was good at was tearing down my expectations. Love the actors, I'm sorry they had to suffer with the script.
P.S: Narrow feet, dude?..
