The CBC has lost its way and is no longer an unbiased source of information. It pushes its political views and pretends to be non partisan. The truth is many viewers have stopped watching the CBC years ago, or reluctantly do because they have a monopoly and get unlimited funding from the government. Sadly The National should be one thing the CBC does well as a national news outlet that doesn't require interest group or private financing. I had once thought our "Canadian" way to get "better" news was more fair and unbiased. The proof is in the viewership. The numbers are dropping. People just don't like being lied to anymore.
