I truly feel so sorry for the victim...This really made him look so innocent in so many ways... Everything was almost as if they lead the story up to old injuries and how some damages found during the autopsy could have been possibly already sustained, all hearsay... the part where she fell off the attic ladder and so forth? Who witnessed it and where did this information come from? Michael? I know this is just a doco going on possibilities but they share no true sympathy for her whatsoever....

I have only one major criticism of this movie...Renée Zellweger! her face truly annoyed the hell out of me - I was too busy watching her typical screwed up lip movements and her eye movements, that I had totally lost all interest in the movie itself. I personally believe that Renée didn't capture the portrayal of Judy Garland one bit.

It truly amazes me how people just don't get it and what the movie is truly trying to portray about Australian history and the degradation of the Indigenous people back then. Acting and music, how it was filmed, boring? What did you truly expect? Modern music? first grade actors? so whom might you suggest acted in the movie? Hollywood starlets? This movie was truly based on these children and I think they done a bloody good job. I would watch any movie like this over all that Hollywood BS any day. A real moving movie with the saddest truth of how these people were treated lower than humans could ever be treated.

This is an absolute masterpiece. Thoroughly enjoyed it... It is a series that gets you truly involved with Elizabeth's character, I almost wished I could slap her back to reality at times with the drinking and pill taking. In as sad as it was that her mother had taken her life and almost her daughter's, her mother truly gave her a new life, going to the orphanage, meeting the janitor and learning how to play chess. It is a beautiful series and Anya Taylor-Joy did an absolute brilliant job. Well done, well composed and such a heartfelt story.
